Bug Description
All example programs should be run by the automatic tests. Having working examples is very important.
The programs should print some values at the end of the simulation, the test function should search for these numbers in the program's output.

At least the Siml programs have a test case now.
The higher level programs that import simulations as modules still have no tests.
Nevertheless closing bug for now.
