Cannot reopen video importer window once you close it

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce
* Run the freemix application
* Click the close button
* No way to get the video import window to appear again

Added a video importer button on branch declanmg at revision 26.

the video import button should be added to the main branch on here now...hopefully...
