Inspected concepts sometimes render below uninspected concepts.

For a number of concepts, when you hover over them to expand them, they are sometimes rendered beneath other concepts.

The attached patch blits these inspected items last, ensuring they are on top.

We might want to think about putting these on a white background or something as well, because it's often hard to see them with the transparency.
