Should be able to dismiss the version check for a whole release

The version check can either be disabled entirely, or nags you every single time you start FreeGuide (if you're not using the latest version).

You should be able to say "go away until a new release (one you haven't told me about already) is available".

This is high importance because it is probably making people disable the version check when it would be useful to gather stats about numbers of users, so we want them to leave it enabled.
