Bug Description

As the US/CA satellite TV markets add channels, they have blown through 3 digit numbers. When adding OTA channels, there are now 1, 2, 3 and 4 digit channel numbers. The current sorting method uses the combined string of channel number and call sign. This results in something like the following:

1 ABC
10 ABC2
11 DEF
12 GHI
...
100 ADSF
101 GEGE
102 AGD
...
199 ADGFA
2 NBC
20 SDGQ
21 GHRE
22 TGETE
...

etc, etc.

Not entirely helpful when looking for a particular channel like 2647.

Agreed - in the "All Channels" channel set, there should be a sensible default order chosen. As far as I remember at the moment, the order is essentially random.
