Bug Description
I would like to be able to disable alerts completely or turn them off for a set amount of time. At the moment when I don't want to watch TV I just close the app. But sometimes I forget to turn it on before the next program is on and miss the alert, and therefore the program.

Good idea. Michael is currently thinking of doing some work on the selections, so this might fit with that work.
