I was thinking about right-click and in the menu showing the list
of configured commands... being able to bind the double-click to one of the
commands would be nice, but not that important :)

But now that you talk about it, start a command on the reminder would
also be very nice, as one could bypass the cron setup and directly launch
a record or a channel switch when the program is starting up

So this is the list of features:

important:
-setup external comamnds/scripts to the right-click menu (lets call it actions)
these actions need at least the $channel, $program, $episode, $startdate,
$starthour and $duration (should be safer, as $stophour and $stopdate
have the problem of day change and daylight saving jumps)

good to have:
-allow the a special reminder to execute configured actions

little important:
-allow one to configure the default action for the double click on a program
-create the "end of program" reminder to execute configured actions (used to stop
saving, shutdown the computer or the remote box, burn DVD, etc)

 Thanks in advance!
