I saw the same warnings when installing freecad on Ubuntu Trusty, so I'm marking this as confirmed. However it doesn't seem to be blocking installation as the freecad was installed and started when I launched it here. Could you please check whether this is the case for you as well?
I also found that this issue had been reported in the Debian BTS, so I attached a bug watch.
