flam3 return values not checked

While it's extremely unlikely that any of the flam3 library calls will fail, should that rare event transpire, fr0st should check the return values of the flam3 function calls for non-zero error status.

I don't think it's wholly necessary for the beta, but it would be wise to
check the return values at some point.
