Inconsistent longitudes > 180 degrees

Bug Description

If the 180-degree line is within the viewport, points to the right of it will have longitudes greater than 180 degrees. In more extreme cases where the viewport is wide enough for the map to wrap, longitudes greater than 360 degrees may even be present.

This can lead to POIs being stored with inconsistently high/low longitudes, which means that a given POI will be visible or invisible depending on how the map is positioned in the viewport.

I'm not actually all that interested in fixing this, right now; I filed this bug mainly as a reminder to check if osm-gps-map will handle this automagically for us, or if there's work that needs to be done there regardless.

Of course, if it's actually really bothering someone, I'll take a patch. ☺

This is not a critical bug for me, I just wanted to test if it really exists :-)
