Foto should monitor one or more folders so that it automatically adds new pictures.

For now, this is a problem, because the pics are organized by albums, not by folders.
It will be a very relevant feature when importing pictures is implemented, because we will need to set a folder for images. But I'm not sure if live monitoring the folder is a good idea. For example, Noise have the option for re-scan the music folder instead of live monitoring.
