Drill became invisible when right pedal was used (Ubuntu v.0.2.5)

The drill becomes invisible when there is a shift between mouse case --> haptic case, or vise versa.
The case type (mouse or haptic) that was first initializes will always work.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start FsWisdom and login
2) Select mouse or haptic case
3) Press Perform selected exercise button
4) If mouse: Press space and drilling starts. If haptic: Press right pedal and drilling starts

<The drill is still visible on the screen>

5) Press exit and No
6) Select mouse or haptic case (opposite to what was selected in step 2)
7) Press Perform selected exercise button
4) If mouse: Press space and drilling starts. If haptic: Press right pedal and drilling starts

<The drill is now invisible>

When the right pedal was used for drilling in the Remove Wisdom Tooth v2 exercise the drill became invisible when the right pedal was pressed. It was still possible to drill with the invisible drill (feedback was felt). This has only happen one and I'm not sure how to recreate it. (Omni used)

Solved with modified case files. Added to local FTP (10.66.5.17) 23/9-09.
