Only able to create diploma for the last exercise (www.fswisdom.com)

The button Create diploma is shown under each performed exercise. But it is only possible to create a diploma for the last performed exercise. When the button is placed under each exercise you may think that it is possible to create the diploma for every performed exercise.

The suggestion is to be able to create a diplome for each performed exercise or remove the Create diploma button for every performed exercise except the last.

It is now possible to create a diploma for each exercise. For the Pulp, Jawbone, Dentine and Enamel the mm3 are ok. But for Tooth 7 and Lingual side the mm3 are always times two compared to the exercise?

This is actually due to another bug. The amount of voxels removed from forbidden areas is the same in all drill steps (probably a total). I'll add a bug about this. When the right amount is set at each drill step, the values on the diploma should be correct.
