Load icon not shown during download of Playback file

When a Performed exerciser is loaded (Playback pressed) the arrow isn't changed from an "ordinary" arrow into an arrow with a load icon.

tested branch lp:~par-hellstrom/forssim/loadCursorDuringDownload_397767 and it looks much better now, even though it still takes a very long time for it to load!
