Bug Description

I updated a icon theme to use folder colors like this `folder_color_blue.png`. Earlier it had folder names like `folder-blue.png`. Earlier, folder-color menu showed and let me change the folder color. But it was using the ubuntu default icon theme for the colors. So, I changed the name of the icons. Now folder-color won't even show up in the menu.

Hi, the icons has to be .svg.
Please, take a look to the README in the code.
