Bug Description
I tried to remove some apps, using the option in menu.
But after that, these apps don't disappear immediately from the Unity menu.
They only disappear after reboot or logout.
The reprodution steps:
- Create a random app
- Remove that app
- Find the app on unity
- Try to open
- Reboot or logout
- Login and find for the app in menu again
