App is created but icon in Launcher is not

With the latest version (0.2.2? There's no version newer anyhow) creating apps doesn't seem to complete, I enter the details, click create it 'loads' and then:

TypeError: constructor returned NULL

And the create app screen stays open with the details I entered. Trying to create the app again pops up the 'There's an app for that!' box and I can confirm the app is in ~./local/share/fogapps and I can launch it using the UUID from the command line, however it is not added to the launcher.
