Bug Description
We should detect the presence of MySQL Connector/J at runtime and disable related functionality if it's not there:
- JDBC connection properties
- Project to SQL menu item
- Project to SQL checkboxes
This will allow FMVis to be used as a standalone data visualizer without MySQL Connector/J, and will make fmvis.jar redistributable. (Currently, fmvis.jar is not redistributable because of license conflicts -- see the INSTALL file for more details.)
