Windows installer "desktop shortcut" does not specify correct class path

Bug Description

in Build 20080208 the windows installer specifies the following paths in the shortcut file:

Target: C:\WINDOWS\system32\javaw.exe C:\SYNplayer\SYNplayer
Start In: C:\SYNplayer

What the installer SHOULD read in order to open the files is:

Target: C:\WINDOWS\system32\javaw.exe "SYNplayer"
Start In: C:\SYNplayer

Because the Start In path already designates where the class file should live.

This needs to be updated to reflect the proposed Flywire.class file that results from the bug #306116
