Changing Show Media directories causes previous directory's media to be cleared from the playlist

Bug Description
In all versions of SP to date you cannot load up a piece of media from one showmedia dir and then change to another dir and load up media from there in the one playlist queue.
It would be ideal if you could pull media from anywhere
