Bug Description
Flywire needs an installer on Windows to simplify the installation process.
Currently users have to:
1) Install Java
2) Install JMF
3) Make the appropriate changes to various environmental variables
4) Copy the class files into the appropriate location
5) Make a link to the files with the Flywire icon

We now have a windows installer. It doesn't install Java or the JMF yet, tho. It probably should, so for now the status is "In progress".
