Bug Description
Some audio files play "blank" in SYNplayer during AutoDJ mode. That is the media item plays for it's full duration but at zero amplitude.
It is specific to certain mp3 files that will repeatedly play blank when AutoDJ is engaged.
The trigger is unknown for the bug.
A remote possibility for trigger could be audio files starting on a non-0dB transient; ie. a non-zero amplitude on the wave form. Another could be Variable Bitrate (VBR) MP3s, although this seems less unlikely, as most VBRs play fine.

Could we have an example mp3 that starts with a non-0dB transient to test? That may help us at least to dis/prove that theory.
As for VBRs, I don't think so either, but if so it could be related to bug 126257
