Locales in Fluxubuntu should be more intuitive.

Bug Description

First of all, congratulations, Fluxbuntu looks great !

I've just installed it selecting "spanish" as the installer language. Language support for spanish has been downloaded and installed (for example, i can see that spellchek is available for spanish in Openoffice), but all apps' menus are in english: the web browser, openoffice itself, fluxbox menus...

I suppose that it won't take me a long time to translate fluxbox menus or to set Kazehakase to spanish (it must support firefox locales), but i don't know how to set openoffice in spanish... Is there somewhere i can set the locale for the whole system ?

-- Addendum to Ric Flomag's post --

SLiM is rather painful when it comes to locales support. If it supported graphics, we might be able to do something akin to what Andy Fitzsimmon illustrated on his blog ( http://andy.brisgeek.com/archives/45 ) for graphical elements. That would certainly be something innovative.

I think that it's because translations for Fluxbuntu aren't open yet (see <https://translations.launchpad.net/fluxbuntu>). OpenOffice uses its own files, so that's why it's the only software that works.
