Bug Description

DistroWatch lists Fluxbuntu as discontinued here: http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=fluxbuntu

Release of a -desktop-settings metapackage plus a -meta metapackage would allow for image generation at a barebones level to reintroduce this option via stealth if nothing else. With ubuntu-defaults-builder and the relevant live-build tools from Debian this may be more readily doable if the delta against in-archive packages is small.

The website has also been unavailable for a long time and the IRC channel is pretty empty.

I'd like to get at least a basic metapackage going and I've contacted the Fluxbuntu Linux team several times through Launchpad and on IRC but haven't heard anything back.
