DeaDBeeF -> Preferense -> GUI -> Titlebar text while playing:

Thank you for taking the time to make Ubuntu better. I cannot reproduce this on my machine, could you perhaps provide more details on what you do / how you've obtained the applications you're using? (Just noting that deadbeef doesn't seem to be in the repositories)

When you run the default player DeaDBeeF (from tuxcmd, doublecmd, nautilus) always falls fbpager.

fbpager_0.1.5 ~ git20090221.1.8e0927e6-1_amd64.deb
fluxbox_1.3.1 ~ dfsg1-1_amd64.deb
tuxcmd_0.6.70 + dfsg-1_amd64.deb
deadbeef_0.4.4 + git20110429-1ppa1 ~ natty1_amd64.deb (PPA http://ppa.launchpad.net/alex-p/notesalexp/ubuntu)

Did the title text when playing "DeaDBeeF :: % a -% t", the default was "% a -% t - DeaDBeeF" - falls fluxbox is no longer there, but maybe it's not because of it.
