Code (~iceshelfcavity/fluidity/iceshelfcavity) fails with an array out of bounds error - needs further investigation.

I think this has been fixed.
Please check the updated version of the iceshelfcavity branch.

The P1DG-P2 test case still fails with an array out of bounds error.
This needs to be fixed along with the parameterisation code merged into the trunk ASAP!
