Bug Description
If the Pressure and Velocity mesh are both different to the Coordinate mesh then a vtu will not be included for the Coordinate mesh during a checkpoint. A set of triangle files (or one GMSH file) will be written, but not a vtu. This means that any fields on the Coordinate mesh will not be checkpointed.

Checkpoint vtus for a particular mesh are only written when there are prognostic fields defined on them. Prescribed and diagnostic fields can simply be recomputed after the restart. So unless you have a case where this does not happen, can I close this bug?
