Clean up admin/distribution.py

There are functions in admin/distribution.py that are no longer in use. These are

uploadSourceDist
createDist

and the requiredModules var can go away.

Although findSetupDir is not used in our code base, I still use it all the time in some helper functions, and I think
Ali does too. So please don't remove it. It would be nice if it went away too at some point, but I'm not quite ready
for that.

Make sure to also remove unneeded imports.
