the 1st post is from mc, the 2nd from feed... in mc it reports only the 1st bound ip but in feed it say's successful to both ranges and from !ui it only lists the 1st range • Bound by IP: 146.*;
basically there is a space after the semi-colon in the 1st attempt... but in the feed it shows as successfully binding to 2 ranges.. but when you !ui the nick it reports only 1 binded range

Wrong information in feed indeed. As a note: we never used to use space to separate IPs here.
