adcs link not listed on reg

hiya :) would it be possible add the adcs link when registering a user please

ie:

Please paste this info to the user you just registered.

only shows nmdc and adc atm, thanks

changed for next release,
now it will show addys as adcs or nmdcs if the port number in hub_adress is using a secure port
