Limit logsizes and change filenaming

Limit the size of the logfiles, or use a logfile naming system based on date.

A logfile for each day might make it possible for a hubcommand to be written to search in logfiles for a certain data/time.
It's also possible to automatically delete logfiles older than x days, or move them to a different folder.

ExceptionInfo.txt and import.log don't need to be limited that way, same for Update.log i think

Logs of feed, opchat and mainchat should get names like this, not use the roomname anymore:
Feed-2011-02-03.log
Opchat-2011-02-03.log
Mainchat-2011-02-03.log

ExceptionInfo.txt will be renamed to Error.log
Debug.txt will be renamed to Debug.log
import.log will be renamed to Import.log
