Cannot ramp down from turbo when smooth-steps enabled

If smooth steps are enabled, the light misbehaves when in smooth ramping mode with turbo enabled.

After 2C for turbo, 1H or 2H both result in the following sequence:

- Strobing of the main emitter
- A very slow ramp-down in brightness
- A single flash, like when confirming a menu option

The light is left in a strange state which behaves a bit like momentary mode, except that it's possible to escape with 3C.

Tested on a D1K boost running anduril.2023-10-08.noctigon-dm11-boost.hex
