Voting for Special Zeds (Mutate vote X on/off) not working at all. error: unrecognized vote

Currently, Normal mode has no special Zeds by default, i didnt try voting them on, but Hard, Slots Hard, and Suicidal have special Zeds enabled by default with no option to vote off.
