OK. I will check, when this bug will be solved in GNOME version. This
problem is not periodically, but constantly.

I can observe the issue in a 19.10 VM, with the geolocation prompt when browsing to https://html5demos.com/geo.

This doesn't look like intended behaviour to me. Артём, would you mind filing an upstream report at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi#h=dupes%7CFirefox and sharing the link to it here? Thanks!

This bug is not only my problem. Russian blogger Andrey Nifedov tested Ubuntu 19.04 on his PC and detected this error. There is moment when bug appears: https://youtu.be/jCa2B_S2jCQ?t=1393

Tested the issue on several machines & FF versions: Windows 10, Mac OS X, Ubuntu 18.04
[Platforms affected]: Ubuntu 18.04
[Environment - FF versions]: nightly 70.0a1, beta 69.0b9, release 68.0.1
=> the issue occurs only in Ubuntu - see the screenshots attached.
Further, I will set a component, if isn't the proper one please fell free to change it.
