Bug Description

I am running a freshly-installed, fully-updated Feisty - 7.04.

martin@martin-laptop:~$ uname -a
Linux martin-laptop 2.6.20-15-generic #2 SMP Sun Apr 15 07:36:31 UTIC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux

I am running version 0.57.11.ubuntu14 of synaptic.

This is two bugs really. First, I installed all-peers through the firefox extension adder.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3234

After a restart, firefox won't load:
I get a message that AllPeers initiated successfully
Immediately after that, I get
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
(I would like to include the core dump but I do not know what it is named and can't find it.)

So bug 2 is that I can't get into mozilla to remove the plugin, I can't find on my system where this plugin is, I can't remove firefox with synaptic so that I can re-install it.

When I try to completely remove firefox, synaptic reports that it wants to remove the following packages:
firefox-gnome-support
gnome-user-guide
ubuntu-desktop
ubuntu-docs
yelp

How can I fix my firefox without having to pull a windows and reinstall the system?

Thanks.
martin.

I fixed the problem. I did some google-ing and it seems that the plugins are per-user. So I deleted my .mozilla directory. Firefox works again.
