Remove SUBLEVEL from kernel

Recent Finnix versions have been hard coding SUBLEVEL to 0, effectively keeping the same convention of not using the lowest patchlevel; say, 3.6.6 logically the same as 2.6.46.6. However, it can be confusing because it says 3.6.0, despite the sources being taken from, say, 3.6.6.

If the boot and userland do not get confused, removing SUBLEVEL would be good. But it will take some investigation.
