Transfer to different currency ignored in reports

When using the Transaction Report By Period, the bar graphs ignore transfers to accounts with another currency. While it makes sense to ignore transactions to accounts with the same currency (to avoid adding to both income and expenditures the same amounts), when you transfer to an account with a different currency it can cause some confusion.

When you then select a given period (last month, last week, etc), the totals at the bottom do take the transfers into account.

The inconsistency arises, then, from the totals at the bottom of the transaction list differing from the ones in the report.

Example:
Acct 1 (american dollar)
Acct 2 (british pound)

+USD 10
-GBP 5
+USD 20
-USD 15
-USD 10 -> +GBP 5

Totals GBP 0 / +USD 5

Report:
-5 GBP
+15 USD
