FEATURE REQUEST: Change way of create new scheduled transactions

Bug Description
When I´m creating scheduled transactions I must choose DATE, TIME and ACCOUNT, and on time that transaction will automatically be added to your records, even if I didn´t receive/pay.
I think that most of us prefer put transactions just with date, and no time or account, and should be nice if we have an option to choose if this transaction will be or not added automatically, and when notify appear, I can decide if that transaction have been paid/received, in which account, what time, etc., or not, and change the date to re-schedule that.
Per example, I receive my salary on 5th workday everymonth, so I don´t really know what is that day, then I put a schedule to 8th of every month, but I can receive on 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th... Depends if we have holidays, weekends, etc.
