Feature Request: Rollover budget amounts

If I am budgeting $50 a month to clothes, and one month I don't spend any money, I'd like that $50 to roll over to the next month, so that my budget shows I have $100 budgeted for clothes. Financisto rolls over negative amounts, just not positive ones. If I spend more than I have budgeted, Financisto will reflect that in the next month's budget. However, if I don't spend all the money in my budget, financisto just resets to the default and doesn't rollover the remaining money that was in the budget. Some people may want to reset it, but, I prefer it be like an envelope where once I put money in my budget, it stays there until I spend it.

Please please please add this functionality. I can't find any financial tools that have all the features I need, but this is the only thing that Financisto is lacking to make it perfect for my needs.
