Split with positive transfer is not possible

Bug Description
In answer # 166149 there is an example of a split with transfer that covers what is missing at the current account (PayPal):
[Split]
PayPal -4$
Checking Account -> PayPal 1$
Such positive transfer (to the current account) is not possible as the only possible transfer in a split is a transfer to another account.
Splits with positive transfers make sense so it will be nice to find a way to enable them.

I second on this.
In my case I have an account for a tax that is applied to my salary, which I receive and have to pay every 3 months. I'm currently recording the money that is for me and the one for the tax as separate transfer transaction, when the logic thing to do is record it as a single split since I only receive one amount of money and not two separate ones.
