Incorrect status shown in mass operations

Description:
start mass operations
select some transactions and change their state by "clear all" or "reconcile all" commands (it works and shows correct status)
then update just one transaction and change it's state
This change will be saved but the status shown in the mass operation screen is incorrect.

BTW it will be nice to have a shortcut from an accounts blotter to mass operations with transactions of this blotter.
Now you need:
1. to go out from the accounts blotter
2. go to mass operations
3. filter them for the previously selected account
4. do the mass operation
It will be nice to do it in this way:
1. go to mass operations
2. do the mass operation
