Option for 12/24 time format

Time format in filter section is default set for 12 hour (with 1~12 am/pm) but not for 24 hour (0~24).
Default start from 12:00, end with 11:59 but not 0:00 and 23:59.

Suggest set-up an option for time format or default to phone setting.

This option is based on the phone settings. Can you please check if you have "Use 24-hour format" checked in Settings->Date&Time

I set "use 24-hour format" already.

the problem is the default value for filter always give me "12:00" and "11:59".
I need change them to "00:00" and "23:59" manually every time.

I'm using 24-hour format (it is the default format for my locale) in filter without problem.

Ya, that's not a big problem, but quite annoying if need changing manually every time.

By default 24-hour format and I need to change time manually. 12:00 -> 00:00 and 11:59 -> 23:59.

I had the same Problem on CyanogenMod 10.1. It was fixed when I set the time format to 12h and then back to 24h again. From then on, Financisto showed the 24h input form sagin.

Financisto v1.6.4: Set locale to English (UK), set "use 24h format", install Financisto. During creating new transaction time is shown in 24h format at top of new transaction form. But if you want to change it - then time input form allow to select the time in 12h format only. You need to go to android settings, unset "use 24h format", then launch financisto, check that time format is 12h, exit from financisto, set "use 24h format", then run financisto again and you will see, that you have 24h time format everywhere!
