Bug Description

Hi, is it possible to index an external disk?
I've tried to add il filesearch.cfg my /media/sda1/ and deep 5, but it doesn't work.
Could you help me?

Can you attach your filesearch.cfg?

By it doesn't work, what do you mean? Do no search results show? Keep in mind that FileSearch does not index, it walks through all of your files, so it's very slow.

If you have a file at /media/sda1/findme.txt and you use depth 3, then do you get results when searching for find?

Also, you need to restart the daemon to load changes in the config file. (killall unity-filesearch-daemon)
