compiz crashes with fglrx installed in 12.04

compiz crashes with 12.10 on startup with fglrx installed, it works when i remove fglrx
i just see the wallpaper and the desktop icons (unity doesn't get loaded)
i will try to gather information if you tell me how :)
(i still can open the terminal in my crashed session with strg + alt + t)

Please follow these instructions to have apport report a new bug about your crash that can be dealt with by the automatic retracer.

If you are running the Ubuntu Stable Release you might need to enable apport in /etc/default/apport and restart.

Now open your file manager, navigate to your /var/crash directory and open the crash report you wish to submit.
