Bug Description
I was able to use ffmpeg2theora to convert a sequence of PNGs to an OGV. The default is to use the PNGs at 25 per second, which was faster than I desired. I'm not sure whether I should do that with --inputfps or --framerate, but when I used either (or both), the resultant OGV file displayed psychedelic colors. See the attached file for a demonstration.
I'm running ffmpeg2theora 0.29 on Ubuntu 14.04.
