Videos with chapter exported as .mkv make VLC crash with x264 video codec

This bug appears only when video uses h264 codec
This bug does not appear when x264 lossless mode is used

The bug seems to come from libav.
For the moment and to circumvent the problem, the chapters are disabled in the .mkv (except for lossless rendering)
