To enable / disable clipping text in forms

It would be nice to be able to write next to the shapes and not only in shape

This feature need many changes in the code.
Some of these changes were made in 1.5 ffDiaporama
Remains to be done:
-Add an option to not clip the text in the shape (text dialog)
-Modify the interactive area to be able to move the center of the text area
-Modify the system to allow text margins above 100%
