Bug Description
One of the first things most people will look for in the documentation page, even before the tutorial page is information on how to obtain FEniCS. I propose an earlier 'Obtaining' section that points back to Downloads and information about installing from source.

I've just had a look, and think that it would be good to make how to get source tarballs more prominent. This is what I often look for. If I see too many binary versions and not enough source I often think that the project is closed and probably platform-dependent.
