Download page should look prettier

- The table listing the various binary downloads on the Download page should look like the icon listing in the FEniCS 1.0 beta feature article. The detailed instructions links can come below the individual icons.
- The number of "click here" style links should be reduced
- The source code should be emphasized some more (including information on fetching the development versions)
- The release notes for the different version releases should be on this page instead of the documentation page
