Tutorial tarball contains broken parameters file for DOLFIN

Bug Description

The file "examples-1.0/stationary/poisson/dolfin_parameters.xml" in the tutorial tarball contains the line

    <parameter key="swig_binary" type="string" value="swig2.0" />

This is only valid on certain platforms. There are also other parameters that may not work for everyone, like for instance

    <parameter key="mesh_partitioner" type="string" value="ParMETIS" />

It seems like this file is only there as an example, so maybe we should just rename it to "dolfin_parameters.xml.sample" to prevent it from being picked up by DOLFIN?
